To enhance the competency of its employees, Keppel FELS Baltech conducts management, engineering, English language and any other skills training program consistent to ISO 9001:2008 quality requirements.
Initial training, conducted by a mentor is provided to all newly employed engineers. High standards and quality of engineering performance is achieved through permanent on-job engineering training.
Acquiring the higher standards of performance are achieved through providing a chance for all our engineers to visit Keppel FELS Singapore for additional qualification and professional specialization.

Scholarships and Internship Programs

Keppel FELS Baltech submits annual scholarships and Internship Programs to talented engineering students. This aids successful manpower planning and ensures a pool of capable young people, willing to join the company after getting Engineering Diploma from Technical Universities. Students' requests for enrolling our Scholarship/Internship Program are reviewed after receiving the completed Application Form (Please download here).
